The timer starts when we receive your site credentials and confirm we have proper access. We'll send you an email notification when the clock begins.
Does the timer ever stop or pause?
YES! The timer pauses any time we can't proceed without your input, like when we need login details, reviews or approvals. It also pauses in the very rare cases when the project is more complex than we were told, and we need to send a revised quote (full refund still offered in this case). Or if there are third party issues outside of our control, like your hosting provider having an outage, etc.
What if my issue is more complex than expected?
If we discover the issue is more complex than initially quoted, we'll pause work and send you a revised quote. You can approve the new quote or get a full refund of your original payment.
How do I request a refund?

Is there a time limit on requesting a refund?
You can request a refund within 3 days of the fix going live. If we didn't do the job correctly, we'll make it right or refund you.
What if you break something on my site?
